During my time working with Cindy at Tractable, she was an integral part of multiple teams helping coach engineering teams and product leads toward great user experience. Working in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment Cindy balanced the needs of many teams and products and was able to turn around excellent quality work including product enhancements, mock-ups, video production, workshops and brand new product designs. In addition to hands-on user experience work, Cindy was adept at applying herself to large initiatives such as organizing company-wide product vision workshops and engaging in coaching and mentoring of others.
In our time working together, Hsin-chieh was lead UX Designer on important projects that impacted our entire user base, demonstrating high proficiency across a spectrum of UX Design disciplines, and taking full ownership and accountability of her projects and their outcomes.
I worked with Cindy at ekino London when I was an intern back in 2019/2020. We worked together on a number of projects and pitches.
Cindy is an expert in her field and excels in design execution for a variety of types of projects and different types of problems. She is able to dive deep into complex problems and is a great person to collaborate with as the guardian of the user experience on projects.

Saying her mentorship has positively impacted my UX career would be an understatement. Her encouragement, motivation, and knowledge pushed me to work harder, think further, and embrace opportunities for growth.
