AI Coach is a powerful tool that helps insurance companies optimize their employee training and strategic planning efforts through the use of artificial intelligence.

 

As the lead & sole product designer for this product, I have conducted extensive research, including expert and client interviews, competitor analysis, and usability testing, to ensure that our design concept effectively meets the needs of our users. Through various workshops and iterations, we have developed a user-centred design that effectively communicates the value of AI Coach to our clients.

Empowering Loss Adjusters and Repairers to reach agreement on claim costs more efficiently and accurately through AI-assisted visual assessments.

I lead the design and delivery of AI Review product improvements, including standardizing features, simplifying the code, improving usability, meeting customer and business goals, and streamlining end-to-end flow through the use of AI-assisted visual assessments.

As a member of the vertical product team at Dentsu, I led the design of the user permission and reporting function. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design system, infrastructure, business analysts, developers and stakeholders, I ensured user-centered solutions that met user needs and aligned with business objectives. The result was a successful delivery of a user-friendly design addressing user challenges and supporting business growth.

I worked on a project to design and develop a corporate website and CMS system for a world-leading B2B insurance company. The goal of this project was to create a flexible, easy-to-use platform that could be used to open up new business opportunities and enhance the company's digital services. The website and CMS system were designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, with intuitive search functionality to allow users to quickly find the information they need. Through this project, we were able to deliver a cutting-edge digital solution that helped the insurance company better serve its clients and grow its business.

EE-Wembley Seasonal Lottery

UX Design l 2020

EE has partnered with Wembley Stadium to launch a seasonal lottery ticket aimed at attracting loyal customers. The campaign was developed by Havas, who used social media platforms such as Twitter and targeted hashtag keywords to increase engagement.

HUDDLE: SEARCH FUNCTION

Product Design l 2019

I worked on a project to design and develop a cloud-based document storage and collaboration platform for a client. This project aimed to reduce the time users spend searching for relevant information and files by providing an intuitive and easy-to-use platform. To achieve this goal, we applied data-driven design principles and carefully considered multiple ways to streamline the design scope without sacrificing user experience. As a result, we delivered a solution that significantly improved efficiency and productivity for our client.

HUDDLE: TRACKING DOCUMENTS

UX Research l Product design l 2018-2019

I worked on a project to design and develop a cloud-based platform for managing and collaborating on projects. This platform integrates all of the necessary digital tools and workflows in one place, making it easy for users to complete the entire project life cycle without having to switch between different systems. Our goal was to encourage users to stay on the platform for all of their project needs, improving efficiency and productivity. Through this project, I had the opportunity to create a design system and retire old UI elements, as well as see the impact of UX research on business goals firsthand.
